Faults :

Pressure switch sticking

Cause: Lack of use - the machine power light illuminates but the machine seems dead.
Remedy Strip and clean or replace the karcher spool valve a.k.a. unloader, dump valve, t-stop, pressure relief, blow off valve

Pump head distortion.

Cause: Failure of the pressure switch to stop the machine when the user releases the trigger.
Remedy: As above but you may also need to replace the karcher k620m pump head manifold

Capacitor start up buzzing

Cause: The user extending the electrical cable with a light duty extension cable. The extension cable restricts the flow of electricity and this caused the capacitor to overheat and sometimes burst
Remedy: Upgrade your extension cable or buy a karcher extension hose instead of the cable you will also need to replace the capacitor.
